Threaded plates with or without fixing help

For a long time, it has seemed impossible to manufacture threaded plates made of aluminium for the solar module supports. Owing to a tireless research and development department of VM Edelstahtechnik, this threaded plate made of aluminium does exist now!

The good is that it conforms to all safety criteria and offers the advantage to be able to fabricate the whole construction of one material.

The threaded plate is especially easy to assemble with the optionally available fixing help. With this, you can already pre-assemble the fixing points of the threaded plate on the bottom. On the roof, there is still the possibility of sliding the fixing point due to the special construction of the fixing help. Another point is the fixing of the threaded plate in the height. You just need hammer-headed screws with a minimum length.
